  • Initiates and Tracks Work Orders
  • Makes Regular Site Visits per Contract 
  • Obtains Bids as Requested by Board
  • Outlines Specific Directives of the Board
  • Purchases and Delivers Supplies and/or Equipment As Needed
  • Supervises Contractors or Maintenance Personnel
